In the course of monitoring individuals improperly using this site, or in the course of system maintenance, the activities of authorized users may also be monitored. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, Information Security personnel may provide the evidence of such monitoring to law enforcement officials.

Security Policy Statement 

Access to all of AMISYS computing, data communication, data resources, and other electronic information assets is to be controlled based on an individual's business need to know as determined by the affected unit's management or his or her designee. Access will be controlled through the use of an identification and authentication process. Each user will be assigned a User ID that uniquely identifies the user to the system.

Before an individual may be granted access to any AMISYS system he or she is to be made aware of the confidential nature of the information, that he is accountable and responsible for any activity conducted under his or her User Identification, and that the user is to access only information which is necessary for performance of job responsibilities. The individual must acknowledge that she has been made aware of the confidential nature of the information on the systems. Individuals who have been provided access must establish a password to authenticate their User Identification and to gain access to any AMISYS system. These passwords are to be kept confidential and are not to be shared, revealed or made accessible to any other person.

Password Confidentiality & Monitoring Statement 

You will be assigned a User ID and password to access AMISYS systems and electronically stored information. You must treat your password as confidential and not share it, reveal it or make it accessible to others in any way. Keeping your password confidential protects you by preventing others from committing data security violations using your logon ID. INTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PASSWORD MAY RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION INCLUDING LOSS OF PRIVILEGE TO THIS SITE AND/OR LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU. If someone learns your password, contact the AMISYS Call Center immediately @ 1-800-5AMISYS to have it changed.
